compensation is based on a percentage

To provide more efficient and responsive
service, our service peoples are assigned
accounts in a concentrated geographical
area. In order to ensure a timely
response to any client emergency we
equip them with the latest Verizon

displayed on the front of each machine.
Service calls will receive prompt
attention since all field personnel
carry Verizon phones. Normal response
time is under two hours. All service
calls are logged as to the nature
of the call and how it was corrected.
The service department operates around
the clock seven (7) days a week.

to repair refrigeration, electrical
and mechanical problems. We maintain
a complete inventory of all parts
for all equipment in the field.

Vending Machine Refunds
We have several methods of handling
refunds. Our preferred method would
be to mutually agree upon a system
that is convenient for your employees.
To honor our employees and as a way
to give back to our community, Continental
Vending has participated in the Second
Harvest Food Rescue program since
1997. The Second Harvest Food Bank
of Orange County, located on Almond
Street in Orange is an organization
that solicits surplus food products
and distributes such products to organizations
engaged in feeding the needy, the
ill, and infants.
Continental Vending has been named
the largest contributor to Second
Harvest for each of the years it has
participated in the donation program.
In fiscal year 1998 more than 30,000
pounds of food was donated for distribution.
Continental Vending is proud to support
a program that clearly serves the
community at large and will continue
to do so in the foreseeable future.
