At Continental Vending we are very proud of our people, many of whom have been with us for many years. We believe that happy and highly experienced employees lead to happy and long-term customers, and that is borne out by our experience.

Service
Unlike our major competitors, Continental service people do much more than merely stock the machines. They receive comprehensive training that includes how to merchandise, maintain and whenever necessary repair the machines they service. In fact, every time the machine is refilled, it also undergoes a thorough check-up and cleaning. Thereby reducing the number of service calls. Based on the projected volume we anticipate daily service.

Our route service personnel’s compensation is based on a percentage of sales through the machines they service. We feel this provides a greater incentive to make sure they provide the level of service, quality and freshness of the products your employees want and desire. Our service people also have the flexibility to place requested items in the machines.

To provide more efficient and responsive service, our service peoples are assigned accounts in a concentrated geographical area. In order to ensure a timely response to any client emergency we equip them with the lates Verizon cellular phones.

Service Calls
Machines will have the service number clearly displayed on the front of each machine. Service calls will receive prompt attention since all field personnel carry Verizon phones. Normal response time is under two hours. All service calls are logged as to the nature of the call and how it was corrected. The service department operates around the clock seven (7) days a week.

Our highly trained repair technicians have the training, resources and experience to repair refrigeration, electrical and mechanical problems. We maintain a complete inventory of all parts for all equipment in the field.

Product Changes
Continental Vending has the capability of providing custom menus and products to meet the needs of its customers. Our route service personnel are highly trained and sensitive to the needs of their customers.

Vending Machine Refunds
We have several methods of handling refunds. Our preferred method would be to mutually agree upon a system that is convenient for your employees.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

To honor our employees and as a way to give back to our community, Continental Vending has participated in the Second Harvest Food Rescue program since 1997. The Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, located on Almond Street in Orange is an organization that solicits surplus food products and distributes such products to organizations engaged in feeding the needy, the ill, and infants.

Continental Vending has been named the largest contributor to Second Harvest for each of the years it has participated in the donation program. In fiscal year 1998 more than 30,000 pounds of food was donated for distribution.
